Hangzhou Shenyuan Foods Co., Ltd. is established according to the standard of international frozen food processing plant and quality management system. Located area is about 22000m2. The Phase I of the factory was completed on 2006 for processing frozen vegetables and fruits, also the Baked snack foods. Phase II of the plant which is planning for establishing will include a new cold storage and a new workshop for processing domestic products.

Pre-processing line: One line of TX-I-20
Finishing processing line: One line with processing capacity of 1.5tons/hour, and another of 3.5tons/hour.
Processing capacity: 8000tons/year
Storage capacity: Cold storage for 1500tons and normal storage for 300tons
Laboratory for pesticide residues: Using the Agilent 6890N GC, High-speed homogenizer stamp mill, Nitrogen blowing instrument
Microbiological Laboratory: Using the Vertical electric steam sterilizer
Workers: Total 200 people with 175 processors and 25 people for management.
Plantation Bases: 5,000,000m2 plantation is passed the CIQ audit, recerded and managed according to CIQ’s requirement.

Third party audit: Get the export eligibility of frozen vegetables and fruits, frozen seasoning vegetables and frozen rice products by CIQ. Got the QS(Quality Safety) Certificate for domestic business of vegetables and fruits, also the interrelated products. Passed the HACCP,BRC, KOSHER audit.
